Are you currently looking for a locum Social Work role within a supportive Adults Learning Disabilities team? We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Adults Social Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans to support adults with learning disabilities. You will work closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to ensure that the support provided is person-centred and meets the needs of each individual.

Full-time role on a temporary basis (initial 3 month contract)

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and monitoring of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
