Due to expansion within their London Real Estate team, a position for a Property Client Services Exec / Account Handler has arisen to handle Property Business.
In your new role as a Property Client services executive / account handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial property clients, ensuring a high-quality and efficient service throughout the policy life cycle. This will include:
- Supporting clients with their insurance requirements
- Gathering relevant claims information ahead of renewals
- Managing the full renewal and placement process, including any mid-term adjustments
You will work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms and ensure that client needs are met.
