Project Manager / No.1 Site Manager Fit Out Corby, Northamptonshire £300 - £330 per day PAYE 7:30am - 4:30pm Start within 2 weeks Long-term contract until July 2027 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / No.1 Site Manager to lead a major refurbishment and fit-out project in central Corby.
The project involves the transformation of a two-storey community building, including café facilities, breakout areas and communal spaces.
The strip-out phase has already been completed, and the successful candidate will oversee the full internal fit-out package through to completion.
Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site as the No.1 on site.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades.
Oversee internal fit-out works including M E, drylining, ceilings, flooring, joinery and finishes.
Ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Manage site health safety, quality control and site documentation.
Attend and lead site meetings.
Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
Drive the project through to a successful handover.
Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of internal fit-out and M E work.
