Your new company is a global Engineering company looking to hire a Project Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world leader and work closely with senior management.
Your new role involves reporting to the Project Controller, and you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring project KPIs
- Automating reporting and forecasting using Power BI or similar tools
- Driving digitisation of project controlling processes
- Ensuring correct project setup across the ERP and operational project system
- Managing and coaching a team of 3 project controllers
- Coordinating with the financial controlling teams and supporting internal/external audits
What you'll need to succeed: You'll be a qualified accountant with a background in Engineering or similar heavy sectors and have experience working in a project-based role. Ideally, you will have previous experience with financial analysis, business partnering, and ERP Systems. Experience managing a team is a bonus.
What you'll get in return: A competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000. You will also work closely with the UK Leadership Team, serving as a key business partner to Division Directors and Finance.
