Your new role As the Private Equity Tax Lead, you will take ownership of developing and delivering the firm's private equity tax proposition. In this strategic and client-facing role, you will: Lead tax advisory projects across the private equity lifecycle, including structuring, due diligence, management incentivisation and post-deal planning. Advise both private equity funds and their portfolio companies on UK corporate and shareholder tax matters. Build and grow long-term relationships with key clients, investors and intermediaries. Collaborate closely with the corporate finance and broader advisory teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions. Take a leading role in business development, identifying opportunities and contributing to the growth of the private equity tax offering. Mentor and support junior team members, helping to build internal capability in this specialist area.
