Your new firmJoin highly reputable independent tax practice as a Private Client Tax Manager or Senior Manager. This multi-office firm is a highly specialised tax practice that delivers market-leading advisory projects that rival that of the Big 4. They cover that spans all aspects of tax advice including, corporate & international tax, private client, employment tax, VAT, transactions, share schemes & valuations and Innovations (R&D) relief. They will work with a highly varied client base, from large companies and listed businesses to start-ups and SMEs. They have offices in the North West and Midlands regions and offer a highly attractive hybrid working model.Your new roleYour new Manchester-based role as a Private Client Tax Manager / Senior Manager will be to help maintain and further capitalise on the continued growth of their existing department in the tax advice field. This team deals with claims pertaining to a broad range of projects for HNWIs, entrepreneurs and private business owners, including IHT planning and use of IHT efficient structures, complex capital gains tax transactions, the use of trusts and the UK tax implications for non-UK residents/domiciles. This role will involve the preparing and delivering of a variety of types of tax advisory assignments.
