Your new role The jobs we have are dependent on the needs of each school and can be on a full or part-time basis. Working as a supply Primary Teaching Assistant suits those who have a passion for working within a school and can be flexible and adaptable, due to the diversity of the schools we work with. We are currently looking for TAs who have a desire to work with children, this could be within a full classroom, or taking a small group to improve a core skill, for example, reading, or provide 1:1 care for an individual child with SEN.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working with Primary education with children for at least 20 days in the last 2 years, either as a Teaching Assistant or as a Volunteer i.e within a youth organisation, sports coaching etc.
