Your new company
Hays Education works closely with a number of primary schools within the Warrington area to provide them with day-to-day, short-term, long-term and permanent supply. You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible for your needs, whether you are available one day or a week or full-time.
Your new role
You will be delivering teaching to a variety of classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and 2. You will ensure all students are driven towards high levels of achievement and create a learning environment where pupils are confident to ask for support if needed. You will be supported by the school and your dedicated Hays Consultant.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will need to be a qualified teacher, have experience working in UK primary schools in recent years and hold QTS.
What you'll get in return
You will have a dedicated and supportive Hays Consultant who will be in contact with you throughout the duration of the contract. In addition to this, you will also be invited to join our Hays Education Hub App which is how we will send out newly registered jobs tailored to you. You will also join our Hays Refer a Friend Scheme where you could be entitled to receiving £250 in high street vouchers. You will be able to use the Hays Timesheet App or online system to submit your timesheets each week. There is also a potential that long-term positions are extended as well as made permanent, depending on the situation of the role/school. Holiday Pay Scheme.
