About the RoleThis Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and effective Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You'll work closely with classroom teachers and the Strategic Leadership Team to support the development, progress, and wellbeing of pupils across Early Years – KS2.Your role will include:*Supporting learning activities and pupil engagement*Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care*Encouraging independence and confidence in all learners*Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
