Your New Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development. Working closely with the year group team and SENDCo, you'll lead small-group interventions, deliver whole-class learning, and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who can:
- Deliver engaging learning activities to whole classes and small groups
- Support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring access to learning
- Evaluate and assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
- Assist in the development of Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans
- Promote inclusion, independence, and self-esteem among pupils
- Maintain a purposeful and supportive classroom environment
- Prepare and manage resources for lessons and interventions
