/n Your new role
/n As the successful Year 4 Teacher, you will:
/n

- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
/n
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
/n
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data effectively to inform teaching.
/n
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
/n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leaders to support pupil achievement.
/n
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
/n
/n
What you'll need to succeed
/n
/n
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
/n
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
/n
- Strong classroom management skills.
/n
- A passion for providing high-quality teaching and learning.
/n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
/n
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
/n
