Your new role
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a school refurbishment project in Preston. You will oversee subcontractors and direct labour, manage programme and quality, and maintain strict health and safety standards within a live school environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within the education sector. You'll hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications as a minimum and have a strong understanding of health and safety compliance. An Enhanced DBS is required (or willingness to obtain one).
