Your new company is a leading global organisation operating within the nuclear energy and advanced engineering sector, looking to appoint an EMEA Tax Manager to its established international tax team. Your new role involves reporting directly to the EMEA Tax Director and taking responsibility for a broad range of corporate tax activities across multiple jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the quarterly and year-end group tax reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely tax provisions under US GAAP
- Managing the relationship with external advisers and overseeing the delivery of corporate tax compliance obligations across the EMEA region
- Supporting and managing tax audits, enquiries and correspondence with tax authorities
- Overseeing withholding tax compliance and ensuring adherence to local regulations
- Partnering with finance teams and wider business stakeholders to provide tax advice on a range of commercial matters
