Your new role As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to employers, helping them design, implement and optimise employee benefits programmes that align with their organisational goals and workforce needs.
You'll work closely with clients to review existing benefits offerings, recommend improvements and develop innovative solutions across areas such as pensions, healthcare, life assurance and voluntary benefits.
The role will also involve analysing benefits data, producing client insights, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering engaging employee communications, workshops and presentations.
In addition, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership initiatives and help shape the future development of the Employee Benefits division.
