With an established B2B operation, a rapidly expanding consumer brand, and ambitious growth plans, the company has reached an exciting stage in its journey where technology is a strategic function over a support service.
This role is fully onsite in Poole and it's a relaxed environment filled with hungry, likeminded people.
It is the opposite of a corporate, enterprise vehicle Your new role The Head of Tech role is one of the first significant appointments on this journey and offers the rare opportunity to join at a point of maximum impact, taking ownership of technology strategy and guiding transformation.
You'll help reduce reliance on third parties while building stronger internal capability (very likely recruiting a small team within year one which will include specialist Developers with E-Commerce platform experience).
