You will be joining a well-established organisation based near Reading that is embarking on a significant organisational change programme. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative and high-stakes, with a strong focus on people-centred transformation and clear governance throughout.
Your new role
This role will see you supporting a large-scale people change programme involving TUPE transfers, employee consultation activity and workforce transition planning. You will work closely with HR, Programme Leads and senior stakeholders to coordinate governance activity, maintain programme controls and ensure accurate reporting across a sensitive and complex change landscape. Your contribution will help keep delivery on track, surface risks early and ensure the programme operates with clarity, structure and strong stakeholder communication.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring solid experience in a PMO coordination role within transformation or complex organisational change environments, along with direct exposure to TUPE activity, employee consultation or workforce transition projects. You'll be comfortable operating in sensitive people-change settings, applying discretion, accuracy and judgement when handling risks.
