Role Overview
As a Fabric Engineer, you will carry out a wide range of building fabric maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary estates team, delivering both planned and reactive works to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Building fabric maintenance including doors, locks, flooring, tiling, and fixtures
- Reactive repairs across the estate as issues arise
