This opportunity is suitable for experienced EL/PL/OL lawyers as well as litigators from RTA backgrounds looking to retrain into this area. The role offers a high-quality caseload, excellent training and development, and strong earning potential through a transparent bonus structure. Your new role You will manage your own caseload of employer's liability, occupiers' liability and/or public liability claims, handling matters from inception through to conclusion. Depending on your level of experience, this may include both fast-track and multi-track litigation, with exposure to complex and higher-value claims. The firm operates with strong referral sources, providing genuine claimant work and a strong flow of quality instructions. Key Responsibilities : Manage a varied caseload of EL, OL and/or PL claims from inception to settlement or trial. Handle pre-litigated and litigated matters. Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation. Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
