A leading national personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its established litigation team. The firm is recognised for high-quality claimant work, strong market rankings, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for injured clients.
You will manage your own caseload of predominantly fast-track pre- and post-issue OL/PL claims, supported by a strong internal infrastructure, excellent training, and high-calibre non-CMC work sources.
This Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you:
- Manage a litigated OL/PL caseload independently from cradle to grave.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings and witness statements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where required.
- Work within a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and client care.
