Your new role Are you passionate about learning and development and seeing the people around you grow and prosper? We are currently looking for a People Development Trainer, who can work closely with organisational development and early careers, to help shape and deliver the organisations capability, talent and early careers programmes. Your role will involve the design and delivery of L&D and Early careers programmes, workshops and events. You will engage and deliver using a variety of platforms, including face to face, e-learning platforms and coaching. What you’ll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced L&D / Training professional who has a background in developing training material that engages with learners, ensuring they are given the skills and confidence to succeed. This is initially an interim role for 6 months, with the opportunity to extend. The role is hybrid based, with offices in Birmingham City Centre and occasional travel to London.
