Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Payroll Senior Executive to join their Glasgow office and play a key role in supporting both clients and colleagues.
Your new role involves managing a portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, compliantly, and within agreed deadlines. You will work with businesses of varying sizes and complexity, taking ownership of the payroll cycle and providing clients with a reliable and professional service while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
You will be confident processing complex payrolls, including manual gross-to-net calculations, complex tax codes, retrospective adjustments, and higher-rate tax considerations. As a senior member of the team, you will also act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance on payroll legislation, auto enrolment requirements, statutory payments, and HMRC compliance matters.
