What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing (weekly and/or monthly)
- Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Maintaining employee payroll records and processing updates
- Handling statutory payments, deductions, and compliance checks
- Responding to payroll-related queries in a helpful and timely manner
- Supporting the wider finance team as needed
What we're looking for:
- Previous payroll experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
