Are you a compassionate and committed teaching assistant professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We're supporting local Primary Schools in the Cheltenham area with teaching assistant supply cover on a long-term basis. This role would start as soon as possible and finish at the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships and make a difference at various local primary schools, and to potentially secure long-term supply/permanent contracts in the future.
The Role
This is a term-time only, temporary role. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of learning and supporting children, supporting the class teacher and utilising good behaviour management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children within the last 5 years.
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualifications are desirable.
- Good behaviour management skills.
- Are patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships.
- Are committed to supporting class teachers deliver the best quality learning.
Location
Based in Cheltenham or surrounding areas. ASAP start.
