Your new company is recruiting for a temporary part-time Administrator to join a growing organisation within the financial services sector. This role is based in Altrincham and will run for a minimum of 6 months.

Your new role:

  • Support the wider team with a range of day-to-day tasks, including:
    • Processing new business applications, client onboarding, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements
    • Maintaining accurate client records, updating CRM systems, and managing client files in line with FCA guidelines
    • Preparing reports, illustrations, and suitability documents to support financial advisers
    • Liaising with providers, product companies, and platforms to track applications, transfers, and policy servicing
    • Handling client queries, correspondence, and scheduling appointments for advisers
    • Assisting with compliance checks, audits, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures
    • Managing pipeline tracking, chasing outstanding information, and ensuring timely completion of cases

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role
  • Ideally come from a financial services background
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
