Your new role
As the Finance Assistant, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the finance function (the role is office based), supporting Directors across the business to achieve company strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Day to Day Purchase Orders / Invoices / Employee Expenses
- Prepare Payment runs
- Post and allocate Bank Payments
- End to end Payroll
- Ensuring that transactions are posted accurately and within set deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
- Stock knowledge and retail experience.
- Confident IT user - Strong Excel skills and knowledge of the Sage Line 50 AND Sage Payroll packages
- Multitasking and open to additional responsibilities.
- Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment.
