Join a trusted property services provider supporting housing associations across West Yorkshire. Be part of a proactive Planned Works team improving homes and communities.?? Your Role:You'll carry out a variety of painting and decorating tasks, including damp and mould repairs, as part of planned maintenance works. Working across residential properties in West Yorkshire, you'll help ensure homes are safe, well-presented, and comfortable for tenants.??? Key Responsibilities:
- �? Internal & external painting and decorating to a high standard
- ?? Identify, treat, and repair areas affected by damp and mould
- ?? Surface preparation and finish application
