We're currently looking for a skilled Painter to join a property maintenance team in the Vale of Glamorgan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating
- Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing
- Working to high standards on occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
