We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Painter/Decorator to join a busy team working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while respecting tenants and health safety requirements.

Your new role:

  • Painting and decorating internal and external areas of social housing properties
  • Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping, and priming
  • Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, frames, and communal areas
  • Working in both tenanted and void properties with a professional and respectful approach
  • Completing works to schedule and housing association standards
  • Ensuring properties are left clean, tidy, and safe after work is completed

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a painter/decorator, ideally within social housing
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads
  • Full UK Driving licence
