Your new role
My client is seeking experienced Ecological Clerk of Works (ECo W) professionals to support ongoing construction and infrastructure projects based between Oxford and Didcot.
You'll oversee on-site ecological compliance, provide expert advice to contractors, and ensure works are delivered in line with project-specific mitigation measures and protected species legislation.
This contract can be offered outside IR35.

- Proven experience working as an ECo W on active construction sites
- Strong understanding of UK wildlife legislation and protected species mitigation
- Ability to deliver clear, practical advice to site teams and contractors
- Relevant ecology qualifications or professional membership
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
- Own PPE (Required) / Specialist equipment is desirable.
