We're working with a well-established, privately owned main contractor based in North Oxfordshire, known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across the region. Due to a growing pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead a £2 million new-build commercial scheme north of Oxford. Projects typically range from £1m-£3m, offering a great variety of work while maintaining a hands-on, close-knit team environment.
- Programme Management - Manage short-term programming, sequencing and subcontractor coordination to keep the project on track
- Coordination - Liaise closely with the commercial, design and supply chain teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum
- Quality & Safety - Uphold high standards of workmanship and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or new-build schemes
Experience delivering projects in the £1m-£3m range
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level) & First Aid essential
Full UK driving licence
Salary of £45,000 - £60,000 DOE + car allowance + benefits
