We're working with a well-established, privately owned main contractor based in North Oxfordshire, known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across the region. Due to a growing pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead a £2 million new-build commercial scheme north of Oxford. Projects typically range from £1m-£3m, offering a great variety of work while maintaining a hands-on, close-knit team environment.

  • Programme Management: Manage short-term programming, sequencing and subcontractor coordination to keep the project on track.
  • Coordination: Liaise closely with the commercial, design and supply chain teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Quality & Safety: Uphold high standards of workmanship and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or new-build schemes.
  • Experience delivering projects in the £1m-£3m range.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level) & First Aid essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
