With a collaborative culture and a commitment to strong governance, the organisation is continuing to invest in its risk management capability and is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to support the development and enhancement of its operational risk framework.
Your new role involves playing a pivotal role within the Governance team, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify, assess, monitor and manage operational risks. You will support the development of a robust risk culture by ensuring effective risk assessment, reporting, control testing and mitigation activities are embedded throughout the organisation.
A key responsibility of the role will be overseeing the rollout and implementation of a new Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure successful adoption of the platform, improve risk reporting capabilities, enhance data quality and support the integration of risk management processes into day-to-day operations.
You will lead the continued improvement of operational risk monitoring and reporting, undertake gap analyses, develop key risk indicators and provide insight into emerging and existing risks.
