Your new company My client, one of the region's largest logistics companies, is seeking a confident and proficient on-site administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Based in Birkenhead and working on a very busy site, you will be joining a large and supportive organisation who pride themselves on service and quality coupled with speed and efficiency.
Please note you need to drive in order to get to the location Your new role The position is offered full time, Monday to Friday.
Working hours of 07.00am until 16.00pm You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a large entry system, ensuring operational paperwork, customer documentation, finance records and system updates are processed accurately and in line with company procedures.
The role supports daily operations by maintaining accurate paper and electronic filing systems, assisting with stock and finance administration, and ensuring information is available to support operational efficiency, customer service and audit requirements.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to Provide administrative support, ensuring operational paperwork and documentation are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures.
