The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate Office Manager to join their team. The current work pattern is Monday to Friday 8:15am - 16:15pm including a 30-minute lunch break, with an early finish at 3:45pm on Fridays.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact
  • Be highly efficient and competent in using ICT packages
  • Have experience using Bromcom and existing school experience
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have strong people skills, building rapport with staff, parents, and children
  • Be proficient in processing invoices and orders
