Hays Education is partnering with a network of South West London SEN Trusts to recruit qualified Occupational Therapists for roles on exclusive Preferred Supplier List (PSL) contracts. These positions offer the opportunity to work within specialist education settings supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional and complex needs.
The role as an Occupational Therapist within an SEN school includes:
- Assessing pupils' functional, sensory, and motor needs
- Delivering individual and group-based OT interventions
- Supporting pupils with sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills
- Contributing to EHCP outcomes and multidisciplinary planning
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, therapists, and families
- Providing practical strategies to support access to learning and daily activities
