Are you a caring and dedicated early years professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We're supporting a range of nurseries and early years settings across Cheltenham and Gloucester who are seeking Level 3 qualified practitioners to provide high-quality care and education to young children.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in welcoming settings, build strong relationships, and potentially secure long-term or permanent positions. Start date is as soon as possible.

The Role

This is a term-time only, temporary role (with potential for ongoing work). You will be responsible for supporting children's development in line with the EYFS framework, creating a safe and engaging environment, and helping deliver high-quality early years education and care.

What We're Looking For

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Have recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Have experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable)
  • Are nurturing, patient, and able to build strong relationships with children and colleagues
  • Are committed to supporting children's learning and development

Location & Start Date

Based in Cheltenham, Gloucester, or surrounding areas. ASAP start.
