A leading legal practice in the North East of England has an opportunity for qualified corporate solicitors with anywhere up to 3 years of post-qualification corporate experience.Candidates of particular interest to my client will be those with experience working on general mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and disclosure, investments, shareholder agreements, reorganisations, private equity/venture capital transactions and listed company transactions (this does not represent an exhaustive list of experience required for this role).Along with previous experience in as many of the above-mentioned areas as possible, the successful candidate will be someone with a real passion for transactional corporate work and with a positive attitude towards hard work and further development.
