Your new company A growing mechanical and HVAC contractor based in Nottinghamshire is looking to strengthen its pre-construction team with the appointment of an HVAC Design Estimator.

Your new role As an HVAC Design Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting projects from initial enquiry through to handover.
You will be responsible for preparing competitive estimates, producing HVAC designs and technical proposals, and working closely with clients, suppliers, and project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed quotations, cost plans, and tender submissions.
Designing HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated plant.
Producing equipment schedules, technical specifications, and design calculations.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Conducting site surveys and attending client meetings where required.
