We're recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established housing organisation delivering planned electrical works across Norfolk and North Suffolk.This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a strong salary, excellent benefits and genuine career progression.
The Role
/n You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works across occupied and void residential properties, including:
/n
/n
- Domestic rewires
/n
- Consumer unit (fuse board) replacements
/n
- Electrical upgrades
/n
- Communal lighting rewires and upgrades
/n
- Testing and inspection works
/n
- Occasional reactive maintenance and void property repairs
/n
/n
You'll work independently, manage your own workload and ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current electrical regulations.
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
/n
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
/n
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
/n
- Full UK Driving Licence
/n
- Experience carrying out domestic electrical installations
/n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
/n
/n
Experience within social housing or property maintenance is desirable but not essential.
