Working as part of an experienced, award-winning family team, you will handle a varied caseload covering financial matters relating to divorce, children work, cohabitation disputes and pre-/post-nuptial agreements. You will take on leadership responsibilities, setting strategy, managing team members and helping to shape the continued growth of the practice. Collaboration sits at the heart of this role, working closely with colleagues to develop the wider service offering. The core client group typically hold complex financial arrangements, with a notable proportion coming from the agricultural and rural sectors.
You will be an experienced senior family lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, confident in managing your own caseload while supporting and delegating to others. A strong network of referrers, excellent communication skills and a reputation for constructive, strategic advice are essential. You will be ready to lead on business development, understand the regional marketplace and maintain relationships built on trust. Experience in non-court dispute resolution such as mediation would be advantageous.
