Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader, Contact Centre Team Leader or Customer Service Team Leader looking for your next challenge? I am working with a client to recruit an Internal Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing sales team based in Normanton.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach, motivate and support a team, with plans for future growth.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing an internal sales team
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews
- Monitoring KPIs and team activity
- Carrying out call listening and quality monitoring
- Supporting the team in identifying sales opportunities
- Driving customer retention and account growth
- Ensuring CRM and internal systems are updated accurately
- Developing product knowledge across the team
- Supporting the achievement of sales and profitability targets
What we're looking for
- Previous experience managing a sales, contact centre or customer service team
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Experience managing KPIs and performance targets
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and CRM platforms
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
