Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Technical Talent Executive Support Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic organisation.
This is a varied position that combines talent development administration with executive support responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting employee progression, workforce planning and senior leadership operations.
Your new role Reporting into the leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating employee training, development pathways and career progression activities across the business.
You will maintain accurate training and competency records, monitor progress against development plans and provide meaningful reporting to support workforce planning and future talent pipelines.
Alongside these responsibilities, you will provide professional executive support to the Company Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, communications, presentations and engagement activities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
