Your new role As a Housing Options Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive housing advice and homelessness prevention service.

You will work with individuals and families facing homelessness, assessing their circumstances and providing tailored advice in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.

Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of applicants, completing detailed housing needs assessments, developing Personalised Housing Plans, and working proactively to prevent homelessness wherever possible.

You will liaise with internal departments and external agencies, including homeowners and support services, to secure suitable accommodation solutions and positive outcomes for customers.
