Your new role:
- As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of a fleet of material handling equipment, including telehandlers.
- Working directly at customer sites, you will deliver high-quality maintenance, servicing, and repair support while acting as a professional and trusted representative of the business.
- Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing on hire machinery at customer locations.
- Responding to breakdowns and delivering efficient, high-quality repairs.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical faults on-site.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong working relationships.
- Working closely with operations and support teams to improve service delivery.
- Accurately completing service reports, repair documentation, and customer records.
This role offers a high level of autonomy, variety, and exposure to a wide range of modern equipment and working environments.
- Proven experience repairing and servicing plant or material handling equipment, including telehandlers.
- A recognised mechanical qualification in plant, agricultural, or similar engineering (desirable but not essential).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- A full, valid driving licence.
