Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to final hearing.
Advising employers on disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters.
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
Providing practical day-to-day HR and employment law advice.
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Chartered Legal Executive with 2-6 years' PQE.
Strong respondent employment law experience gained within private practice.
Excellent technical employment law knowledge.
Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills.
