Your new role
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you'll carry out a wide range of day-to-day maintenance tasks, repairs and minor works across occupied and void properties. Your work will involve a blend of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, plastering, tiling and general building maintenance.
Typical duties include:
- Completing reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance
