We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Flagger / Fencer with a joinery background to join a busy team delivering works across social housing and domestic properties. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who is confident in external works while also capable of completing fencing and basic joinery tasks to a high standard.
Your new role
- Carry out high-quality flagging, slabbing, and paving works
- Install, repair, and replace timber fencing and gates
- Complete basic joinery tasks including:
- Gate construction and repairs
- Timber structures and minor carpentry works
- Undertake general external maintenance works within social housing properties
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide a professional service when working in occupied properties
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Flagger / Groundworker / Fencer
- Strong joinery background (essential)
- Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance
