Location should be Nottingham or 30 minute radius.We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to maintain and repair alloperationalEquipment within high street retail stores.You should be capable of delivering the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries,Overseeing planned PPM/compliance work and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will be assisting contractors and subcontractors and ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours,With a proactive and positive approach to work. You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level.With experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service. You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and build Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
