Job Description
Your new companyOur client is a reputable personal injury firm with offices across the North of England. They are currently recruiting for a Motor Fraud Lawyer to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis. The firm offers an attractive hybrid working policy, along with flexible working hours and a competitive salary.Your new roleThis Motor Fraud Lawyer position will see you:
- Handling own caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims involving allegations of fraud
- Specialising in claims involving Low Velocity Impacts
- Instructing Counsel to attend conferences, hearings and CMCs
- Progressing claims in a timely manner in accordance with the CPR
What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, however, those qualified by experience are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience handling motor fraud claims is beneficial but not essential. Applicants should have RTA fast-track experience.
