We are looking for an experienced Monitoring Infrastructure Engineer with strong Microsoft SCOM expertise, solid Windows Server (Wintel) skills, and hands-on experience in hybrid on-premise and Azure environments.The role focusses on supporting and enhancing enterprise monitoring and observability platforms, while also providing 3rd line infrastructure support across Windows, VMware, and Azure-based systems. The engineer will support BAU operations and project delivery within a large-scale enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities Operate and improve monitoring platforms including SCOM, Azure Monitor, PRTG, and VMware Aria Operations Develop and tune alerts, dashboards, and service views to improve proactive monitoring and reduce noise.
